About

Senior leadership experience. Practical mediation expertise.

I help organisations resolve workplace tension before it becomes something larger — drawing on years of leading teams and many more years helping people work through difficult situations.

Graham Norris
Background

A career in leadership and resolution.

My career has moved through senior leadership roles, management development, coaching and mediation practice. The thread running through all of it has been the same: helping people work well together, particularly when that has become difficult.

I have sat on every side of the table — the manager carrying a difficult situation, the colleague trying to be heard, the leader trying to keep a team together. That breadth shapes the work.

I take a quietly practical approach. I am not interested in being clever or in adding theory where it is not useful. I am interested in helping people make sense of what has been happening, and in finding a way forward that holds.

Mission

Human-centred conflict resolution.

Workplace conflict is rarely about the things people say it is about. It is usually about how people have come to see each other, and what has been left unsaid for too long.

The work is to create the conditions for honest, balanced conversation — and then to help people use those conditions well. The relationship does not need to be perfect. It needs to be workable.

Principles

How I work.

Independent

I do not take sides. My role is to create the space for a balanced conversation.

Confidential

What is shared in the process stays in the process. Trust is the foundation of the work.

Practical

The aim is a workable way forward — not a perfect outcome on paper that does not hold in practice.

If this is the kind of support you have been looking for — let's talk.
